Sorry this isn't written in Dutch but I just wanted to give you all the details of my Olympic Torch Relay run. I run at about 2:54pm PST on Monday Feb. 8. Even though the run does start out in Abbotsford that day, I run closer to the end of the day in Surrey close to where I live. I will be running about 300 metres (everyone runs 300 metres). I get to keep the uniform I wear and the torch I will be running with. I have included a map below showing the area I am running in. I know it will be very late in Holland at the time of my run, but if you want to you can watch the relay live on the internet at http://www.ctvolympics.ca/torch/follow-torch/index.html. I am very excited about the whole thing. I never never thought I would ever be doing something like this.

Op een paar minuten na, klopte alles wat Mike had geschreven. En dankzij de wondere wereld van internet hebben we dit evenement dat 10000 km verderop gebeurt live kunnen volgen, met video, twitter en weergave van de positie.
